Service Terms

Starting prices apply to standard-condition vehicles and are not a final quote. The approved scope and price control the appointment. Please disclose known hazards, contamination, delicate repairs, electrical issues and prior chemical treatments.

Complete removal of every stain or odor is not guaranteed. Permanent dye change, wear, damaged fibers and contamination beneath accessible surfaces may remain. Seat removal, safety-system work, active mold remediation, hazardous biological cleanup and flood restoration are excluded unless separately documented by a properly qualified provider.

Please remove valuables and personal property before service. Payment is due upon completion unless a written commercial agreement states otherwise. Report concerns promptly so we can inspect the issue and consider a reasonable corrective effort within the approved scope.
